Hey all - I am a first time investor looking for my first short term investment property. Been scouring this forum watching all the YouTube videos I can but still struggling to find the right market and actually pull the trigger. Looking for any and all guidance.  You can find a property in many locations that will pass the profitability test.

I'd recommend you look for areas where you and your family like to vacation and look there. It might be tougher but keep looking till you find something that would work for you.

You can also google top STR rental location to get a generic list of good locations.
