Revenue Management Insights

Looking for some insights into the standard fee structure for revenue managers. Do most charge a % of gross revenue, or a flat feet per listing?

% of gross revenue seems like it may be a better option to ensure both parties remain motivated to maximize revenue, but curious to hear other takes.
