Guests trust what they understand

Whether it's house rules, security measures, or property policies...

Transparency matters.

Guests feel more comfortable when expectations are clear from the beginning.

Before every stay, I believe guests should understand:

• House rules
• Check-in and check-out procedures
• Security measures (clearly disclosed where applicable)
• Parking and access instructions
• What to expect during their stay

Professional hosting isn't about hiding information.

It's about communicating it clearly, respectfully, and at the right time.

Clear communication builds confidence.

Confidence builds trust.

And trust leads to better guest experiences.

Very true. If your not making everything clear in the beginning you are setting yourself up for potential bad reviews.
