Looking to buy my first home, realtors needed
Hi everyone,
I’m looking to buy my first single family home for Airbnb in Central Florida and would love some advice.
I’m mainly looking at Cocoa Beach, but I’m open to other areas within about 2 hours of Orlando if there are better opportunities.
My goal is to find a home in a great location with High occupancy, Strong nightly rates, Year-round demand, and Good long-term appreciation
If you were buying a single family home for Airbnb today, where would you buy? Are there any neighborhoods or streets that consistently perform well? Are there any areas I should avoid?
I’d also love to hear about your experience with occupancy rates, average rates, and anything else I should know before making my first purchase.
Thanks in advance for your advice!

Don't be afraid to search out Non Realtor options.
Such as For Sale By Owner listings or local FB groups.
Possibly post in STR owner groups and ask if any owners are looking to sell.
You could find a Single family house and make it into a STR.
