Petitioning Breezeway to Stop Deleting Cleans for Same-Day Turns

Breezeway deletes my cleaning tasks when they switch from an open day clean to a same-day turn.

I have emailed the following message to Breezeway support at SUPPORT (at) BREEZEWAY.IO:

"Stop deleting my cleans when they become a same-day turnover, and instead add an option to the “Schedule these tasks” section of the workflows. In addition to the timing (Before/On/After) and trigger event (Check-in/Checkout/Check-in (turn)/Checkout (turn)), add an option for “When a same day turn is established:” A. delete this task from the schedule B. keep this task as scheduled."

Breezeway support says this is how the feature is designed to work, but this logic doesn't work for a great many operators.

If anyone else is dealing with this issue, please send Breezeway support this request. It may help if they hear from enough of us.

Sounds like you need to switch companies.
