If the same problem keeps happening, it's probably not bad luck.
The easiest way to find an operational problem is to look for repetition.
If the same guest question keeps appearing...
If the same cleaner issue keeps happening...
If the same maintenance problem keeps returning...
Don't just solve it again.
Ask why it keeps happening.
Maybe the instructions aren't clear.
Maybe the checklist is incomplete.
Maybe the process needs to change.
Repeated problems are often useful clues.
They show you where the business needs a better system.
Good operators don't just put out fires.
They look for the reason the fire keeps starting.
That's the difference between constantly reacting and actually improving operations.

That is why I don't havs many problems and my time is minimal to run my STRs.
Proper maintenance and fixing things correctly save you time, money and stress in the long run.
