100" TV vs projector

The last time our movie room projector failed in our Pigeon Forge Cabin I elected to go back with a projector.

This time 98" and 100" TV's have come way down in price and Sams Club has some really good deals.

I see the TVL TV'S seem to be google TV's instead of Roku TV's.

I see 98" 4K TV's for $1500.

Anyone bought a 100" TV lately for their vacation rental and have a recommendation?

@John Underwood In that case, I would definitely go with the TV. Less maintenance, fewer wiring issues and fewer potential headaches for both you and your guests.
