Does anyone have or know where to find a Pro-Forma to evaluate STR's? I have looked through a couple but they are not very helpful with projections. Thanks!

I use Airdna. They don't give projections as much as they give performance of similar short term rentals in your market for the last 12 months. You get a 13ish page report on your market. I've used them for 4 market areas I was interested in. Hopes this helps.
