Successful Airbnb / vrbo needs rental management software

I have 3 successful Airbnb / vrbo sfr's. They are in SC . Not the prime market areas but they are much more successful than traditional long term rentals. I have searched the forums to see if anyone uses vacation rental management software. I can't find any discussions on this. Some of the big names are 365villas, Streamline, myvr, Lodgify, and Bookerville. I want software that can set up a website for each of my rentals, use icalendar, analyze my rental profits, sync with quicken books and allow guests to book through me instead of company. Also, hammer the heck out of social media to get interest. I have a tree house that is about to go on the rental market in the mountains of NC. I want to explode out of the gates with marketing. This is such a small niche and I need to promote, promote, promote. It's in a remote area so it's not going to pop up in the larger nearby markets. Anyone use vacation rental management software to organize their selves more?
