Channel Manager/Reservation System for Vacation Rental
Hi,
I have a condo/hotel in Miami Beach which i will be self managing nightly from June 1st.
What reservation system/Channel manager would you recommend?
How much would you consider acceptable as a percentage of revenue for a person to manage the property (check guests in, check guests out, arrange cleaning etc). I will handle the reservation and booking side.
