Vacation rental properties
Looking for some advise or feedback from anyone that is or has done short term vacation rentals, I am working on a couple of deals that should produce a decent cash flow but would just like to hear some personal experiences.

@Brenda Mize I own 4 vacation rentals here in the Smokies also and self manage!
I have trained new owners via Airbnb called cohosting. It's a great way to "learn the ropes" and still affords you the hands on that most investors like us are looking for these days.
