August Smart Lock review for STRs

Hey guys, we had been having a lot issues with guests not respecting the check in or check out time. One guest even tried getting in the house at 2 am while there were other guests there. Yeah..scary. We got the August Smart Lock with the Keypad and Connect to avoid anyone being able to enter outside of reservation time. It integrates with the AirBnB calendar and immediately sends guests an email right after booking is confirmed. Guests are given a personalized code or they can download the app and use their virtual key. We have 9 STRs and tried it on one before switching all of the locks. We have received great feedback from guests and was easy to install. I ordered directly from company got a 20% discount promo code. Customer service is great and responsive. .

Thanks for the review! What was the install process like? Is there a physical key in case their phone dies or something? It will give you a report of when they enter and exit the property?
