Short Term Rental In Destin, FL
Hi everyone! I am interested in getting into the short term rental game. A buddy of mine has a property in Destin, FL and he mentioned that he is projected to make around $30K for this summer. I would like to know if this is the normal projections for this market area. If the numbers make sense, I would like to get a property in that area.
