My first AirBnB Listing

After 10 months of learning, reading books, following Bigger Pockets and listening to hours and hours of podcasts about REI, I am grateful I have finally started my STR dreams. But it's been four days now since I listed my first AirBnB in New Castle, DE and not a single inquiry or booking received. LoL. I don't know if it's the location or the pictures or my description of the property or maybe this is just a slow season but I am not getting leads at all. I really do not want to give up on my real estate investing dreams and but I am getting a bit frustrated right now.

I listed it as a whole house, 6 guests allowed, with 3 bedrooms, one queen bed on two bedrooms and one twin bed on the third room. It has a one full bathroom and a half bathroom, with washer and dryer, ample parking space, two living rooms, one full kitchen (no dishwasher). It's 5 minutes away from I-95, hospitals and the shopping malls.

I hope anyone of you out there could give me some enlightenment on how to attract more people and make my listing more appealing. Thank you all for your time.

@Revekah Cosby - Hi there. I searched for your listing based on your description and couldn't find it, and like Michael said Airbnb should be featuring you since you're new. In your research have you listened to a podcast called "Get Paid for your Pad"? There is an episode of that titled "Airbnb SEO: how to rank higher and drive more bookings". I also recommend the episode "Case Study of an Airbnb in Cape Town" because it troubleshoots someone's listing that is not doing well. My husband and I used a lot of the information in these two episodes to set up our first listing and it's doing very well.
