What's in your STR vehicle?

Question

Several tool boxes with wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, socket sets, flashlights, spare batteries, nuts and bolts, screws, electrical repair parts, multimeters, copper/pvc/galvanized plumbing repair materials. Shovels, pry bar, bucket, power invertor, extension cords, flood lights. Toilet paper, dish soap, dish scrubbers, light bulbs. Full propane tank. Angle grinder with cut off/grinding/brush attachments. Circular saw, jig saw, Sawzall. Level. Aluminum duct tape. Black and white spray paint. Bucket. A .380 plus many more things that I can't thing of right off the top of my head.

Don't have one. I use a checkbook.

I have a bunch of long term rentals and a Vrbo Lake house. I have pretty much hung up my tool belt and just text someone when there is an issue.

@Paul Sandhu - The contents of my STR minivan change daily. Two weeks ago I had about 8 bags of rotten garbage that my furnished rental guests hadn't taken out for weeks--along with the usual suspects: tool bag, AAA batteries, power drill, new keycode locks, etc. A week ago I went on a sleepless 24-hour Craigslist rampage to finish setting up a place. I filled my van 3 times--with 3 dressers, 2 sofas, 2 dining sets, 2 standing lamps (free), a huge stone coffee table, an end table and about 6 pieces of art (also free--and nice!). When the wealthy San Franciscans clean house, the early birds have a feeding frenzy...

That sounds just like me a few years ago, but substitute "Estate Auction" for "Craigslist".  If there were 2 auctions going on at the same time, my wife would go to one and I'd go to the other.  We'd take a pic and send it of whatever we bought, so would wouldn't buy anything duplicate.

I have hedge clippers and an extension cord, Queen sized sheets and a ton of paper towels. I also have a Bissell crossweave and multipurpose floor cleaner solution.

I’m in between guests on my only vacation rental. I’m still building systems, and my kids help me make beds and so forth.

@Todd Rasmussen  90% of the time it's a 4.5" angle grinder or a reciprocating saw.  The other 10% it's other small hand tools.
