Single family home or condo
Newbie here... pros and cons of investing in a condo vs single family home.. which would you suggest to go for as a first time investment. I want to look into Airbnb/short term rentals but I also want to have the option of long term rentals just in case that doesn’t pan out. Any thoughts?
