Best Umbrella Policy for SF STR?

What does everyone use for liability insurance? I assume Airbnb's "$1,000,000 liability policy" is complete BS, considering I can't even retain a $500 security deposit. I think I'm decently protected, but wondering what others are doing.

Hey @Adam Tafel, I use Proper insurance and it covers pretty much everything. We have a 1m with 2m aggregate.

There is no way I would rely on the AirBNB 1 million guarantee. I don't think it is BS, but good luck trying to get a 10 or 20k repair/replacement paid. We had a guest break a window. They tried to close it with one of the locks engaged and they bend the locking bar. AirBNB paid out the cost to replace it with no problems. But I wouldn't count on it for a major repair.
