Got a group of guys and their wives renting 8 houses from me. They've been here 2 months sandblasting and painting petrochemical storage tanks. Tomorrow is the 1 year wedding anniversary for a couple staying one of my houses. They are in their early 20's. What's an appropriate present? I thought about going to a bakery and buying a big cookie or brownie and having "Happy Anniversary" written on it.

So I was the bakery section of a grocery store getting them a big brownie with "Happy Anniversary" put on it. Who do I see? The couple. I just gave them their stuff in the grocery store. The brownie, a quart of chocolate milk, a 5th of Kahlua.
