No Kitchen or Laundry In Airbnb Unit
I have an Airbnb coming online. It doesn't have a kitchen or laundry capabilities (I tried to install both, but the HOA denied my plans). There is a mini fridge and microwave, but that is pretty much it. Is this bound for poor reviews? Any way to mitigate the lack of amenities?

I have a studio apt we rent out in Surf City, NC that does not have laundry or a kitchen. We provide a coffee maker, toaster, and mini fridge. We do have a seating area with a table, plates, and utensils. We are very clear in the listing that there is no kitchen. 99% of the guests have not even questioned it or had an issue with it as we are very close to many good restaurants. There will be the small percentage of people who just dont read the listing and complain but as long as you are able to show that you listed the STR accurately, you shouldn't have any major issues.
