Hello ladies & gentlemen, we are currently looking for properties to purchase for the purpose of short-term vacation rentals/Airbnb. We moved from San Diego and bought a place in Downtown Orlando but would like to expand into the short term rental market. We are looking for guidance on purchasing a property in the Davenport/Kissimmee area that would generate a nice cash flow. Open to partnerships & working relationships with agents/contractors.
