Moving away from Vacasa

I'm purchasing my first STR, which is currently being managed by Vacasa. It's linked to the house next door, which has been helpul in bringing in large groups who want to rent both, but I don't see that as a good enough reason to pay their high fees. The property is booked solid through October. Is there a way to link these two together in VRBO or AirBNB and how do I cancel Vacasa without cancelling the current reservations?

I just put in my listing the vrbo numbers of my neighbors and we sometimes rent multiple properties to larger family groups.
