Hey All - 

Would anyone be willing to share a short term rental agreement with me? I've been searching online and there are a ton of fillable PDF's, but none where I can edit the text other than the fields they give. I have a solid rental lease, but have never done short term. I've been having a hard time renting a property lately and thought I would try VRBO. Thanks in advance!

No agreement.  I just collect a weeks rent when they move in.  Repeat after 7 days.  I verbally tell them not to park on the grass or they will get a ticket.  I verbally tell them not to put indoor furniture outside on the porch or I will get a ticket.  Done it that way with about 1800 people.

@Matt Lennander . This same question was asked 2 days ago. No one will share it’s a liability. Should have your real estate attorney draw one up. If you’re looking for cheap it’s totally googleable. “Vrbo rental agreement”

@Matt Lennander or put the time in to retype the fill-in pdf’s as your own. Done. Save a copy as a pdf if you want.

Hey @Matt Lennander , take a look at a bunch of agreements, take what you need, have it looked at and call it a day. That is what I did.
