YouTube TV for Vacation Rentals

I have 4 vacation rentals and I'm thinking about getting a YouTube TV accoutn and paying $65 a month, but then I can use the account in all 4 units. But, I just downloaded the free version to check it out and I can order upgrades and log into my google account. Is there a way to set it up so guests can not order upgrades and access my account? I've been looking but I can't find this information.
Thanks for any insights from people who are actually doing this.

YoutubeTV has plenty of channels and should make guests happy. 

Make sure purchase verification is turned on.
