What’s the average cleaning cost

Many posts have identified your cleaners as an essential part of your STR team. If you are booked every week and the cleaner only has a few hour window what kind of cost are you paying? Besides cleaning, it sounds like they are monitoring the condition of the unit such as repairs; supplies, etc. They are your years and ears.
