Curious what resources you all use to evaluate a specific STR market? Thinking about vacancy rate, average rental price, and other relevant info.

There are many posts here on BP that discuss what the hot STR markets are in the U.S.

Then you can do some manual research on some of these markets by checking out similar properties to what you would buy on Vrbo and Airbnb.
