Stessa Questions for str

I'm working on getting away from spreadsheets and testing stessa. Does anyone have experience in the STR with Stessa that would be willing to give me some pointers? I'm using a property manager so I only see the net income in my account but need to show my expenses withheld by pm from the gross. Any help would be great.

@Andrew Haney why aren’t you self managing? Regarding your question, do they provide an invoice or summary of income/expenses? If so, you would just add a line item in Stessa for anything that is reflected on the summary of income/expenses. Fyi, Stessa works best for those who self manage as it connects and auto imports all income and expenses that hit your bank account.
