Short term rental in Naples, FL

A partner brought up the idea of investing in STR condos in Naples, FL. I was reading the county ordinances in Collier County and couldn't determine if STR was allowed. Anyone know?

Hey @Mike M., like @Stetson Miller said, it isn't a complete no go. I found that it really appears to be not legal, but Linda Weiner has 3 in a specific location she says is working.

I put in a call to the county manager to find out. He hasn't called me back...yet...
