Short term rentals in CT
I just wanted to reach out to anyone in CT that currently has a str in state. Wondering if this strategy works in a drive thru state like Connecticut?

@Nick Koukidis need a lake or a mountain or a beach. Any reason to go on vacation. Then it needs to be STR friendly.
Also keep in mind if you want to get into STR the property doesn't need to be anywhere near you.
