Getting Started in AirBnB Arbitrage
I want to get started in short term rentals and specifically AirBnB arbitrage. My fear is around the liability if I have to personally guarantee leases for a new LLC. Does anyone have advice on 1. If we have to personally guarantee? And 2. How do you manage the risk of that's the only way to get started?

My advice is don't do arbitrage.
This is not investing it is just a job.
