Anyone here do STR in Gulf Shores or Orange beach? Vacationing here right now and my partners, we own STR in other locations and we are interested in learning about the local laws and STR nuances for the area. If you have any good resources we would love to see them!

@Louis Zameryka - Prices are high, but you can most definitely still find cash flowing deals.  They just take more time, energy, and willingness to take risk through quick action.  I've recently sold a deal around $870K that brought in over $170K the past few years.  That is most definitely the exception and not the norm, but I say that just to illustrate the point that the deals are still happening in this market ~ 

Advice: Pick a market. Focus, study, and be prepared to strike when that solid deals reveals itself.  You got this!
