Virtual Assistant to Scale Business?
Does anyone have any experience with a virtual assistant helping manage your vacation rental business? I own 4 vacation rentals in the Palm Springs area and manage two others for other clients. And I have 2 more currently on the way for two other clients. My goal is to build a one stop shop property management company for investors. I don't think we need a VA now but I'd rather build the systems now instead of waiting until I absolutely need one a few rentals down the line. I do have a lot of aspects of the business automated with Your Porter and PriceLabs, but there's still a lot of duties that I can't fully automate and having a VA definitely would help.
Does anyone here have any input on where the best place to hire a VA is? What's the cost? How to best train them?

The most major benefit of adding a virtual assistant to your team is not financial but rather time-saving. It is difficult for one person to manage all operations simultaneously, respond to customers, and solve minor issues independently. Then, you will have more time to focus on growing your business as your virtual assistants handle your non-core activities. If you find a virtual assistant you enjoy working with, you can eventually offer him a permanent position. You can test the compatibility of your expectations and your assistant by hiring someone for a short period of time. And there’s a lot of websites out there, like Fiverr and Upwork. Hope this helps. :)
