Cleaning fees at STR's

I am trying to run financials on various STR markets (Smoky Mtns, FL Panhandle, etc.), but I am having difficulty determining average cleaning fees. I know this will vary based on the size of the property, but is there any type of rule of thumb that you use to estimate cleaning fees?
