Has anyone invested into a digital course

OR 

Hiring a coach who currently does short term rentals 

I've seen multiple individuals on Tik Tok who provide AMAZING content and resources on how to get into the STR space.

Over the next year or so I'm hoping to get my first STR purchased and started.

Looking for suggestions or advice to how you have got your information and experience and if you would would suggest looking into any of those paid options to help get the knowledge needed FASTER so the business can start and grow at an expedited pace.
