ABNB Financing to protect yourself
How are you all financing your first ABNB? Sure you can use a owner occupied financing then just move after 6 months to a year depending on your loan. But are you making sure you can quit claim the deed into a llc to protect yourself?

I would not recommend either of these things. Especially the first one.
