@Gerald Pitts IS it through a local bank or a mortgage company? sorry for the newbie questions but im new to ABNB. Ive been in the travel industry for 15 years but had some bills to pay and waited for income to go up to get to the point im ready.

are you seeing good ltv rates? Or standard 20-30% downs?

second are you saying you wouldnt out the home into an llc? Or go through the quit claim process etc?

How are you all financing your first ABNB? Sure you can use a owner occupied financing then just move after 6 months to a year depending on your loan. But are you making sure you can quit claim the deed into a llc to protect yourself?
