appliances repair and maintenance
doing Airbnb in West VA harpers ferry area. what would be the most cost effective, appliances repair and doing some normal maintenance? Doing self management right now since this is my first property here.

@Matiullah Quraishi I go for less electronic parts in whatever appliances I need to buy. I try to get the highest end looking product that I can without the fuss of tons of digital controls. Has been working well so far.
Of course I’m not a high end roller like some of you may be. I only buy units I would live in so they must be top quality but we have no luxury accommodations where I am unless you get into multi million dollar AirBnB rentals which is not my market.
