How much emphasis/effort do you put into the Welcome Letter for your STR? Looking online some look like cards to long lost relatives! Getting set to have our first guests over TG and trying to get something out together.

Definitely a FAQ letter is important. Go on Etsy to find beautiful and very inexpensive templates already created for you where you plug and chug that information for your guests and it’ll look very professional.
