Hey everyone, got Avery Carl's new book and am taking her advice as I'm just getting started. We're investing in STR in the Southern California area (Idyllwild, Big Bear, Crestline area), does anyone have any broker recommendations or other people they'd recommend getting in touch with. To let you know where I am, I am not expanding in California.  I went to Scottsdale.  Now, I’m looking for a gulf coast market.
