Poconos - Short Term Rental
Hi All! First post here, and I have one long term rental, have done flips and now looking into Short Term Rentals in the Poconos area. Would like to understand the best areas that are close to the best amenities/attractions of the area to offer the most out of a STR. Thank you!

Be careful and do your due diligence with each township and HOA. Many are cracking down on STRs.
