I’m looking for a Book keeper and CPA recommendation

Hello! I am looking for a good bookkeeper and CPA (can be the same person, or different -open to suggestions!). I am about to close on my first real estate property and looking to purchase more in the future. 

Does anyone here have a good book keeper and CPA in AZ they recommend who is familiar with real estate investors? Thanks in advance.

Congrats on the real estate purchase!

If you will close on your first property in 2021, your 2020 return(due this April 15) will look similar to the returns you filed in the past.
Your 2021 tax return will see much more changes as you will now be required to report your rental income.

There are a couple accountant's on the biggerpockets message board who can help you with your tax/bookkeeping needs.
