Month to month lease
just closed on my first investment property its a 4plex, I used a fHA loan so I will need to move into one of the units. However 3 units are month to month and one unit expires in October of this year. I would like to remodel all three of the units that are month to month. Can I evict all 3 tenets?

@Juan Mercado, month to month leases do provide a lot of options. One of which is you can quickly (in theory) get rid of tenants. I’m happy to chat about what solutions may be best for you. Message me to talk more.
