just closed on my first investment property its a 4plex, I used a fHA loan so I will need to move into one of the units. However 3 units are month to month and one unit expires in October of this year. I would like to remodel all three of the units that are month to month. Can I evict all 3 tenets?
Does an FHA loan require each unit to have its own separate meters on a 4 plex?
