California HELOC Bank Recommendation
Reaching out to anyone who can recommend a bank, credit union or financial institution who will be able to provide a commercial equity line of credit on an investment property in California. Looking for good rates, low fees, auto renewals with low fees, interest only payments if possible. Thank you in advance.

Third Federal based in Ohio does online HELOC's for CA residences. I found them to be the best with great rates and customer service.
