Should I join REIA and how to start an investment group?

Hi team. I'm a newbie and taking it all in. I'm wondering about the benefit of joining the Colorado REIA group? Also wanted to ask if I started a real estate investment club/group in my area if I need to associate with anything? For those of you who have done this, would you mind advising me in the best steps?! I am grateful!

Colorado Springs does have multiple REIA meetings. You can find them here on BP by going to "Networks" at the top and then "events" to search for them. I highly recommend them as the networking and partnerships formed from these meetings can be an invaluable resource.
