Colorado Lease Agreement

Hi All - I only own a few units and I've been using a standard lease agreement but I want to make sure I'm covered in Colorado.  Does anyone have a strong and fairly up to date Colorado lease and/or co-signer agreement they would be willing to share? I understand that I'm asking for intellectual property but I'm hoping someone can help out a fellow investor trying to get started.
