Looking for a Colorado cabin
It's a hot seller's market and it's stressful. I'm looking for something log on at least 5 acres with a garage or outbuilding. I own a few residential rentals in the Denver metro area but, after managing them for years I would rather have something I can enjoy with my family. Let's get creative. I just want a fair and friendly deal and am willing to pay top dollar. If you have a cash flowing AirBnb that is even better. Please send me anything that might come close to my 'wish list'.
