Ground-Up Duplex/Small MF Development
Hi all - looking to discuss ground up development with anyone who has completed developments or is interested in developing in Denver and the surrounding areas. I'm a civil engineer in the land development and entitlements space and am looking to leverage my knowledge to get some of my own development going.
