Just starting out in Seattle!

Hi! I'm a new wholesaler learning the ropes here in the Seattle area. I eventually want to be able to flip properties, rent them out, and take whatever other paths I can to success in real estate. I don't have much history and experience (yet),but I have passion and motivation! I have been utilizing Bigger Pockets forums and tools for a few months now, learning all I can and I have gotten so much great information! Thank you everyone for that! I decided its time I introduce myself and really get involved in this community. There is so much to learn and so many great people, I feel the experiences and knowledge shared here are priceless!
