New Investor in Dallas, TX - Book Recs Please

Oswaldo Torres
Posted

Hi, my name is Oswaldo Torres and I am a new investor in Dallas, TX. A little about me: I recently graduated from college and decided to start investing. I have about 6 years of natural and synthetic stone countertops and aim to use this in my investment journey.

I am completely new to real estate investing and would love to make more connections in the DFW area. As far as location, I aim to specialize in the Southeast DFW region in cities such as Balch Springs, Seagoville, Forney and Kaufman.

Any tips and book recs that helped you when you started out would be greatly appreciated. I hope y'all have a good day.

Great choice in Forney and Kaufman.  That corridor along I20 is growing and will continue to grow East.  We are active in East TX a bit farther out by the way and are seeing good demand out that way.
