Looking for owner financing

Hi,

my name is eileen and I live in New Hampshire.  I am looking for a 2 to 3 bedroom mobile home in the Rochester, nh area preferably  UT would consider a hour from ro Hester north or south. Would like owner financing. I know it's out there. Or I do have a house to sell so willing to fi d one under 140,000 paying cash if the seller could wait for my two options. Ha e to mo e back to the area for medical reasons.  Thank you for reading my post.
